I can have friends, be accepted, be involved in great relationships ... and be part of a group of people I am proud of ... create experiences that excite and allow for life to bring me joy.

"Build Joy!"

What is your Point of You phrase?  Befriend.

What were you struggling with and/or seeking when we started working together? I was seeking a better outlet for my creativity, clarity around my career path, less stress, and more income! Also, my family had many successes and also some things they missed, and I noticed the same patterns in myself and wanted to GET what my family missed.

What possibility does your Point of You phrase show you that you inherently want to make possible for others?: The possibility of connection, teamwork to a common goal, and exploring possibilities that lead to adventure.

What possibility does your Point of You phrase remind you that you subconsciously deny yourself? That I can have friends, be accepted, be involved in great relationships, and that I can be a part of a group of people I am proud of. Creating experiences that excite and allowing for life to bring me joy.

Please share an example of how your Point of You phrase helps you to manifest new possibility in your work: I absolutely have WAY more fun and get a ton more value out of what I do. It allows me to serve at a much higher level and to simplify my work process - I have removed much of what has been in my way of understanding what it is that I do and what I want from life.

Please share an example of how your Point of You phrase helps you to manifest new possibility in your personal life: Put simply, I allow "the boy," the immutable part of me that never changes, to exist alongside the man. I can do very serious things with joyful abandon and ignore any ways of living that do not fit my personal value system.

How has awareness of the Point of You changed the way you approach your life and work? I make conscious decisions based on my values rather than by defaults or habits. Much more freedom!

What new possibility are you allowing yourself this year that both scares and excites you? After working with Kim for a while, we finally arrived at the "big blank nothing" (A.K.A. where I have not created habits or attached any meaning to the REAL possibility that I wish to create.) I am finally paying attention to myself, to my "creator". I am allowing myself the opportunity to create without fear.

Are there any other thoughts you'd like to share about our work together (or other)? Sure! I work in the coaching industry (not as a coach) and Kim is the rare breed who can show you how to be completely grounded in your values and the things you stand for and also create opportunities that TRULY matter. The journey is a blast!
